Spec It Out
Seal type, zipper configuration, colour, stitching, embroidery, P-valve. Tell us what you want and we will walk you through what works.
Send Measurements
Follow our measurement guide at home or visit us in Hurghada. We need about 20 body dimensions. The pattern is drawn from scratch around them.
Built by Hand
Your suit goes into production at the Ugly Fish workshop in Italy. Trilaminate is cut, seams are sealed, zippers and valves are fitted. Typical build time is 8-12 weeks.
Shipped to You
Final pressure test, quality check, then packed and dispatched. Arrives at your door ready for the water.

The standard shell is 360g Fothergill trilaminate with Cordura 1000 on the knees, seat, and elbows. Step up to 600g Kevlar trilaminate and the suit shrugs off abrasion that would shred conventional fabric. Masterseal zippers seal the entry. Every seam is tape-bonded before a final pressure test.
Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Your measurements set the pattern, the pattern sets the cut, and the cut determines how the suit moves with you underwater. That is what separates a suit that fits from a suit that was made for you.
