Fothergill 360g trilaminate shell with standard set-sleeve construction, Cordura 1000 overlays on every high-wear zone, and a double zip closure. The Hydroman is already a high-end suit — clever overlay placement on the chest, arms, seat, crotch, and knees gives it durability well beyond its weight class. It is the suit the rest of the range grew out of, and still the one most divers end up choosing.

The Medusa gets its mobility from the raglan cut, not from lighter materials. The diagonal seam from collar to underarm lets your shoulders rotate freely in every direction. The trilaminate is actually heavier than the Hydroman — 500g on the arms, 400g on the torso — because commercial divers prefer the feel of thicker fabric. If your work involves sustained arm movement, reaching, and manipulating objects underwater, the Medusa stops the suit from getting in your way.

Same 360g Fothergill trilaminate base as the Hydroman, but with proprietary Kryptonite cut-resistant panels on every high-wear zone. The Ninja builds on the Kryptonite platform with upgraded materials across the board. Built on the same 360g Fothergill base, it splits your body into two protection zones. Ceramic/Cordura on the chest and arms resists the scraping and abrasion of overhead environments. Kevlar/Silicone on the legs handles sharp edges while staying flexible enough to fin properly. The premium all-environment option in the professional range.

Every panel is Kevlar. The 600g trilaminate has its reinforcements woven directly into the fabric, so there are no separate patches and no weak spots between materials. The Stone is a specialist suit — you sacrifice versatility for maximum protection. Two audiences: extreme wreck and cave divers who want nothing less than full-body armour, and commercial environments that destroy other suits. It is heavier and stiffer than anything else in the range, and that is the point. Full Kevlar construction delivers maximum abrasion and cut protection — the specialist choice for extreme cold-water wreck, cave, and commercial diving.

Choosing Your Drysuit: FAQ

How do I choose the right drysuit model?

Start with what you dive. The Hydroman covers most technical and recreational cold-water needs with its standard set-sleeve construction. The Medusa upgrades to raglan sleeves for commercial and arm-intensive diving — maximum mobility from the cut, not lighter materials. For heavy-duty work, the Kryptonite uses a proprietary cut-resistant fabric (best in cold water), the Ninja evolves the Kryptonite with all-environment durability including salt and heat, and the Stone gives you full Kevlar for extreme conditions. What's the difference between Standard, Performance, and Professional?

Standard (Hydroman) uses a set-sleeve cut and 360g Fothergill trilaminate with Cordura 1000 overlays. High-end quality for most diving. Performance (Medusa) switches to raglan sleeves and thicker trilaminate for commercial and arm-intensive work — maximum mobility from the cut. The Professional tier (Kryptonite, Ninja, Stone) brings proprietary cut-resistant fabrics, ceramic composites, and full Kevlar for demanding wreck, cave, and extreme environments. Note: the Kryptonite and Stone are best suited to cold water, while the Ninja handles all conditions.

Are all suits custom tailored?

Every single one. No standard sizes, no templates. You send us your body measurements and the suit is built from scratch to match. We provide a detailed measurement guide and can help you in person at our Hurghada location or remotely.

Can I upgrade my suit after purchase?

Seal replacements, P-valve installation, and Kevlar reinforcement patches can be added later at our service center. Bronze zippers, QCS ring systems, and custom stitching are best specified when you order since they're built into the suit at the factory.
